We learn what foods work with you and which fight your goals plus more about how, where and when to eat even you if change never change what you eat, this will change your life.
Environment: Light and oxygen are probably the most basic needs for life. Like a plant your body uses these seemingly invisible elements to keep you alive. Special care should be taken with the quality as well as the technique to acquire air and sunlight. I teach how to get the best. Water: Without it we die. When you fail to give your body enough it takes water from less demanding areas such as the skin, joints, bones and gives it to the brain and heart.
