More Than Successes

For the first time ever I am excited to work out. I went from 0 minutes of exercise a day to 40 minutes walking everyday. I feel amazing!


I got the confidence to say no to food that doesn’t make me feel good. When I go out I bring things I like or I simply say no thank you.


What Michelle taught me helped my husband and I conceived in 30 days, after 6 years working with medical doctors in trying to conceive.


Before working with Michelle I was struggling with feeling good about myself. Now I feel much better about myself and want to do more of the things I have learned and make time for myself.
